Forsee was established as a Performance Consultancy in 2015 by Managing Director Andrew Hartland. Our aim is to provide you with the behavioural insights to make markedly superior decisions about the people in your business.

Andrew has over 20 years of commercial experience across Corporate Advisory, Financial Services, Marketing and Vocational Education & Training. He has built, owned and sold multiple businesses and brings an owners mindset to business problems.

The key question is always "how do we make the boat go faster"?
